Wind Control

By expending a small quantity of Lapis Lazuli, the immortal can affect the air movement of a given area he or she can see, limited to the wind in a single zone. This ability can calm a strong wind or blow a strong gust through still air. With this ability, the immortal can use any of his or her skills he or she can reasonably describe the wind performing, rolling the die at his or her own skill level. For instance, the caster could attempt to knock a character down with a gust of wind (Fight), blow dust around for cover (Create an Advantage using Deceive or Stealth), or knock something otherwise unattainable off of a high position (Athletics). The wind continues its actions as long as the caster controls it (ie, keeps spending turns rolling for it), and returns to its natural state afterward (or upon a failed roll).
